Las Vegas Premier Scout Team, formerly known as the Dodgers Elite Scout Team and the St. Louis Cardinals Scout Team, was founded in 1998 by the late Manny Guerra, the backbone of baseball in Las Vegas for decades. Manny built a program based on success, loyalty, honesty, and the advancement of these players and their education, creating a path to potential professional careers. Our staff works diligently to uphold these ideals. Our goal is to provide high school youth, that have the talent for baseball, the resources to gain exposure to college recruiters and MLB scouts so that they are offered scholarships to attend college and go on to the next level of our sport. By doing so, these young men get the experience of a lifetime which would not be possible without the help of the community. Our program has routinely been the most successful scout team throughout the region. More than 130
players have been selected out of the Las Vegas Premier program to the MLB draft. We have also had over 500 players receive the opportunity to move on to collegiate or professional levels. As players work
toward their goals, our staff will do everything possible to ensure they receive this opportunity.

Our Story

At Innovative Sports LLC, we have dedicated our program to the training and mentorship of our high school youth in the game of baseball. Giving back to the community has always been a driving force for us, and it has motivated our staff to establish a program that prepares our youth for a brighter future. Through our rigorous practice sessions and a meticulously planned 26-game schedule, we place these talented young athletes in front of college recruiters and MLB Scouts. We are proud to share that each year, 60% of the players who pass through our program receive scholarships to attend college.
